Hannah is great to work with! What I appreciate most is that she breaks everything down into simple steps that actually fit me. She is also totally not judgmental. Some people fear working with a nutritionist because they are afraid they will judge your food choices, and make you completely change what you eat, until you eat nothing but salads and chicken. That is not Hannah.
She works hard to understand how you currently eat, what you like and don’t like, what sort of time and tolerance you have for cooking and food prep, and then creates a plan to work on improving your nutrition in realistic steps. For me, she started with getting me to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and as a result, less processed foods. She didn’t tell me to eliminate processed foods, or sugar. She had me add one additional fruit and one vegetable per day. Then I built from there. I’m not a big vegetable fan, but she found veggies I liked, recipes that tasted good, and easy ways to add them into how I currently eat.
Hannah also goes out of her way to give you good information about your health. She is a wealth of knowledge and it’s clear she has a passion to improve people’s lives through health and nutrition. I valued my work with her so much that I also referred my husband to her. She’s been a huge help to both of us. I highly recommend working with Hannah!
