Hello friends! I have been pretty MIA over the past year. I was busy finishing up my Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I was supposed to graduate on Sunday, but since we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, graduation was cancelled. I am so proud of my accomplishment and all the hard work I put in over the last 5 years. I am ready to get back in action and do what I can to help you live your healthiest life and bring it!
